I am happy, you decided to join this 9 days Shakti Sadhana for this Navaratri Festival. 

We will take this journey together these 9 days (7th October - 15th October) to awaken the Goddess within us. 

1- You will receive an introduction email on the 6th of October, how to prepare yourself for this Sadhana and how to create your altar. 

2- You will receive daily email updates about the Goddess ritual, and Pranayama practice.

3- You will receive daily meditation practice to meet & greet Goddess within yourself. 

4- You will receive daily body movements and Chakra opening (the energy center of the body) ritual to sink yourself, get the most from this Sadhana. 

It doesn’t matter if you identify as He/She/them.

This Sadhana is fit for all the beautiful souls out there.
